BRIANNE CASEY, MSN, FNP-C

Located in Middleburg, Virginia Brianne is a board certified family nurse practitioner with 10 years of experience in the emergency department before transitioning to family practice. She is a true Middleburg local. Brianne grew up in the Middleburg Orange County Pony Club, participated in the MOC Beagles, and went to Notre Dame Academy. She currently enjoys fox hunting and local hunter jumper shows. Brianne earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Mater of Science in Nursing at Shenandoah University. Her goal is to keep patients out of the ER by providing house calls and administering IV fluids and medications to the community.

Brianne is focused on providing compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes. She provides IV hydration services for hydration, immune boosting, weight management, stomach bugs, migraines, and pregnancy symptoms. She also provides health and wellness counseling to keep patients healthier through lifestyle modification. This service prevents and manages chronic diseases including diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.

Brianne serves on the alumni board of directors for Shenandoah University and was formerly the president of the board for After The Rain SWFL, a recovery home  for women suffering from addiction, abuse, and/or homelessness.
